1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and the operator of TEQKO AI ("Teqko," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accepting these Terms during checkout, or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Notice. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if you act for a business, authorized to bind that business.
2. The service
Teqko provides tools for local-search analysis, business-profile management, content planning and publishing, review workflows, performance reporting, and related marketing operations. Features may depend on your plan, connected providers, available data, provider approvals, and third-party API access. Recommendations, forecasts, scores, and generated content are decision-support tools; they do not guarantee rankings, revenue, approvals, or other outcomes.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in methods, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed by people you authorize. Each workspace must represent a business you are permitted to manage. You may not access another customer's workspace or attempt to bypass role, plan, usage, or security controls.
4. Connected services and authorization
When you connect Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, or another provider, you authorize Teqko to access and use the selected account and scopes solely to provide the requested features. Provider terms also apply. You are responsible for keeping those accounts authorized and for having all rights needed to read, create, schedule, edit, or publish through them. You can disconnect supported integrations in your settings.
5. Customer content and approvals
You retain ownership of business information, media, copy, reviews, and other material you submit. You grant Teqko a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service under your settings and consents. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and confirming that it is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate before publication. Teqko will not treat a draft as customer-approved merely because it was generated.
6. Plans, trials, and payment
Plan price, billing interval, trial length, and the date of the first charge are shown before checkout and in Stripe's secure checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription begins automatically and renews at the displayed interval until canceled. Taxes may apply. You authorize Teqko and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees and approved add-ons. Except where law requires otherwise, fees for a started billing period are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation and plan changes
You may manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal when available. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access may continue until then. Upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, or separately fulfilled authority products may have additional pricing and timing shown before purchase. Open fulfillment work and active billing obligations may need to be completed or canceled before a workspace can be permanently deleted.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Teqko to break the law; deceive consumers; impersonate others; send spam; manipulate reviews or platform signals; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; distribute malware; probe or disrupt the service; scrape or resell the service without permission; or publish material you do not have the right to use. You may not use automated output without the human review required by the relevant provider or by law.
9. Teqko technology
Teqko and its licensors own the service, software, designs, workflows, and related intellectual property, excluding customer content. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. Feedback may be used to improve Teqko without an obligation to you, but it does not give us ownership of your content.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Teqko reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, security events, provider outages, quota limits, API changes, or matters outside our control. We may change or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, or product development. We will seek to provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects paid use.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers or the service, address nonpayment, comply with law or provider requirements, or investigate a material breach. You may stop using Teqko at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms—continue after termination.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teqko is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their decisions, policy changes, suspensions, data, or availability. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or customer right that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teqko will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity. Teqko's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Teqko for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Responsibility for claims
You will defend and indemnify Teqko against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your connected accounts, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Teqko's own misconduct. We will provide reasonable notice and allow you to control the defense, subject to our right to participate.
15. Disputes and governing rules
Before filing a formal claim, each party will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by written notice and at least 30 days of direct discussion. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Teqko's operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. A court with lawful jurisdiction may hear claims not resolved informally.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The page will show the effective date and version. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email when available. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; where required, we will request a new affirmative acceptance.
