Privacy Notice

This notice describes the information Teqko processes, why we use it, the providers involved, and the controls available to customers.

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice applies to TEQKO AI's websites, applications, customer workspaces, support, and related services. It does not replace the privacy terms of Google, Stripe, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, or other services you choose to connect.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace roles, and preferences.
  • Business information: business name, website, contact details, locations, services, hours, categories, brand settings, and other profile fields.
  • Connected-platform data: selected account identifiers, authorized scopes, business-profile information, analytics, search performance, reviews, media, posts, publishing status, and provider receipts.
  • Content and media: text, drafts, prompts, uploaded images or video, schedules, approvals, and publication records.
  • Usage and device data: feature activity, credit and usage records, timestamps, request metadata, error records, security events, and basic browser or network information needed to operate and protect the service.
  • Billing data: plan, billing status, transaction references, and subscription events. Stripe processes full payment-card details; Teqko does not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: support requests, administrative notes, feedback, and messages you send us.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; provide and personalize workspaces; connect and synchronize requested services; generate, schedule, and publish customer-approved content; calculate reports and recommendations; administer subscriptions and credits; deliver support; prevent abuse; monitor reliability; comply with law; and improve Teqko. We use only the permissions needed for the feature you choose.

4. AI processing and learning choices

Teqko may send the minimum content needed to approved AI or data providers to perform a feature you request. Customer data is not enrolled in Teqko's cross-customer research or model-learning programs unless an authorized customer gives separate, explicit consent for the stated source and purpose. Withdrawing that optional consent stops future research use. Product operation, security, billing, and customer-requested analysis may continue as needed to provide the service.

5. How we share information

We disclose information only as needed to operate Teqko, follow your instructions, or meet legal obligations. Recipients may include hosting and database providers, authentication services, Stripe for payment processing, email-delivery services, AI and SEO data providers used for requested features, and the external platforms you connect. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, in a business transaction, to protect rights and safety, or when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Connected-account credentials

OAuth tokens and similar credentials are encrypted or otherwise protected and are not included in customer exports. We use them only for authorized provider requests. Disconnecting an integration disables future use and removes locally stored credentials according to our retention and security procedures, although the provider may keep its own records.

7. Retention

We retain customer information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Retention periods depend on the record: operational content is generally removed after a verified deletion request is completed, while limited billing, legal-acceptance, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute evidence may be retained for legal or legitimate business obligations. Backups and provider systems may require additional time to cycle out.

8. Your controls

Depending on your relationship with Teqko and applicable law, you may update profile information, change notification preferences, disconnect providers, withdraw optional learning consent, download a workspace export, or request deletion in My Profile. Direct workspace owners can submit verified export and deletion requests. You may also ask to access, correct, or restrict certain personal information by contacting us.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated workspace access, role checks, tenant isolation, encrypted provider credentials, scoped integrations, audit records, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. International processing

Teqko and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for cross-border transfers. Local privacy rights remain subject to applicable law.

11. Children

Teqko is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in a particular jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for their own use of the service.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as Teqko, our providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date and version appear at the top. We will provide additional notice or request consent when required for a material change.

13. Contact

Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through My Profile → Support inside Teqko or by email to maya@teqko.com. We may need to verify your identity and workspace authority before acting on a request.
